The 4th User Conference on Advanced Automated Testing now on track!

ETSI's User Conference on Advanced Automated Testing (UCAAT) 2016, now in its fourth year, is an annual and international conference dedicated to application aspects of automated testing including model-based testing, cloud testing, mobile testing, test methodologies, test management and standardized test specification by focusing on the practical challenges that are often faced in industry. Organized by ETSI, this year's event is hosted by Ericsson and Nokia in Budapest, in partnership with the Hungarian Testing Board on 26-28 October 2016.

Migration from manual to automated testing procedures not only provides effective use of human resources but also shortens time-to-market cycle and improves system quality. Agile development approaches such as SCRUM, KANBAN and Continuous Delivery cannot be applied without test automation. Hence, test automation and management become an increasingly critical and strategic necessity.
The conference will open on the 26 with tutorials on human factors for test automation and industrialisation and testing as well as domain specific modelling with Test Description Language (TDL), ETSI latest testing language. These training sessions will also feature the use of mobile analytics to improve testing and development practice and will address security testing using models and test patterns.
The following days, you will hear presentations from members of the user community and keynotes from invited speakers. A poster sessions, a short vendor track for sponsors will accompany the event. This year's presentations will give you useful insights into Cloud and Big Data, mindset for automation, continuous integration, advanced automation, Model Based Testing or behaviour and context driven developments.
